About the club

Welcome to the international pals club

Pal Club is a multicultural social club for friends from all over the world. Membership is free but highly selective and must be approved by other members. Most membership is be invitation or referrals from other members

The main goal of this network is to learn, connect, grow and have fun worldwide! Members can help each other find new friends, career, partners, business opportunities, or simply share their positive thoughts and experience. The club organizes social events, where members get to know other members, have fun with each other and build new relationships.

Socially and economically successful people know that "who you know is as important as what you know". Members who get accepted to the club get access of thousands of high-quality social and professional contacts. So:

• Connect, meet and learn about other interesting people
• Share your favorite experiences, photos, music, artist and more with people like you all over the world

Definition

To understand what Pal Club is about, here is the definitions from Merriam-Webster dictionary:

• Pal =  friend = one attached to another by affection or esteem . One that favors or promotes something . A favored companion
• Club = an association of persons for some common object usually jointly supported and meeting periodically; Also : a group identified by some common characteristic

 

• Club networking is all about building relationships. Every relationship ever built be it business or social, always has 3 key steps: Knowing / Liking / Trusting
• It also about meeting people, learning about them, building relationship so that all parties expand their base of resources to support each other
• The club promotes networking and the exchange of information or services among club members. However members first have to get know, like and trust each other.
• Although professional and business exchange is welcomed, remember it is secondary, you first have to know , like and trust the people you want to work with
• Networking is to give first and receive second. Offer others help and support before asking for favors
• Successful networking have "abundance" mentality, looking to help and connect others in every opportunity than can
• Have a 'giving' attitude. The more help, advice and referrals you give your fellow members, the more you will get back.
• Mutual respect and credibility is important. So, be selective about who you invite to our club make sure they will respect and support the other members
• Be upfront - clarify what you have to give and what you want to gain
• Club members mentality is always about collaboration not competition
• Be open minded, do not expect each one to be like you and do not limit yourself. Meet new people and enjoy the the world has to offer you
• Do not let your prejudice limit your opportunities to meet wonderful people, do not generalize about groups of people, each person is unique
• Understand that most differences are based on lack of information, mis-information. When in doubt, always communicate
• Understand that even English speaking people, sometime misuse words or mean difference things, always give them the benefit of the doubt. Focus on intentions rather than words
• Have a sports spirit, be a team player and set your ego aside
• Be tolerant, forgive others innocent mistakes - We all like people that likes us inspite of our own shortcomings!
• Diversify your people, strengthen you relationship, Increase the number of your contact
• Quality is more important than Quantity, get to know your new friends before you introduce them to other club members
• Be patient. Networking is about building relationships. Don't expect instant results. It takes time for people to know, like and trust you.
• Although members can share resources, career and business opportunities, this is not an email broadcast or marketing platform.
• We come together to grow and enjoy ..Not to change the world! So don't take yourself too seriously - Have fun!
